The Role: We now have an exciting opportunity for engaging, inspirational and encouraging individuals who have experience of working as a coach, trainer or performance manager to work on behalf of premium automotive brand.

This is primarily a web-based training and coaching delivery role where you will be responsible for driving a number of KPIs through the upskilling and performance improvement of relevant individuals in the network. You will also be involved in the delivery of one to one coaching and innovative training to centre staff via the latest web-based training portal technology.

This role will suit someone with an analytical mind as you will often be required to generate your own activity through communication with key stakeholders. Following this activity, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of data in order to provide reporting and insight into trends and results.

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidates will possess a passion for helping others improve their performance.  You will possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone. You will need to be engaging, with the ability to inspire others to achieve results and encourage sustainable behavioural change.

    • Key stakeholder management and client relationship building
    • Utilising and driving key performance indicators through others
    • Developing and delivering engaging and purposeful coaching and training
    • Managing, mentoring and coaching people in a sales environment
    • Working with GROW and SMART to coach individual performance
